brain drain
Related to country: India

I am from India. I have seen that theres been a great amount of brain drain from our country past a decade. Not only is our country financially weak but also has a huge population. A large population has various ill-effects. Although the brain drain taking place is worsning the conditions. All the intellegencia and master minds are flying off to alien lands like dust particles. This is an issue of matter. From one side the brainy people of India leave the home land for their own personal motives and benifits and on the other hand corruption, pride etc prevails amongst masses which also is a reason for such a condition. What can be done, is the question?

I am from Mumbai,India. The city is one of the progressing and advanced cities of India. But in what means is this progrss witnessed?
To get the statistics right-India's population boasts of an over 65% of the total population being between the ages of 15-30yrs of age. This servers as a high ratio of the dependent and labour class masses.
The population being 106 crores, the total youth propotion therefore strikes at + 70 crores.
Mumbai itself has a populaton of 15 crore. As far as i see, in the near future, we youths are going to be responsible for shaping our future.
The emminent question at this junction is-"HOW"?
How is it possible for us to understand our responsibilities at a macro level?
Everyday I witness the mind-sets of my fellow companions. The main drawbacks in the present age includes-illetracy, unhealthy competiton, craving of foreign exposure, teenage difficulties etc. Such factors would just help in narrowing our ideology.
I myself cannot take a big step thus I ask all of you to help me out.
How could I help my fellow citicenz?
Today I read a poem and the moral of the poem was-"the rich do not care for the problems of the poor."
is that true?
We all have been given some time in hand and its for us to decide how to spend that time.....
